I can't afford a bed-sized grounding mat, so I got myself this small mat and am using it in bed, either under my torso if it's warm enough to sleep without a T-shirt on, or under my legs if not.
After only one night I could feel the difference.

I have been using the 9000 ppb hydrogen water bottle for almost 3 weeks now and am very pleased with the results. Often it is difficult to tell with health interventions if they are having a positive impact or not, but I am quite sure the hydrogen water has improved things for me. I have Crohn's disease with associated chronic inflammation and chronic fatigue. My energy levels have certainly improved enabling me to exercise more which I'm thrilled about. I didn’t know what to expect when I tried my sisters grounding sheet. But I was surprised that the next day after using her sheet that the neuropathy in my feet was over 50% better. Parts of my feet have been numb for over 25 years. So I was sold on the benefits. I ordered my own sheet which I use under my cotton fitted sheet. My sisters was a silver thread one which I didn’t want as you have to wash it regularly and I could see it might not last long so I went for the carbon sheet from Grounded Kiwi. I don’t notice the sheet under my fitted cotton sheet although there is a warm feeling to it probably just my body warmth reflected. There is an improvement in my feet the more I use it. I am also sleeping better and it’s a deeper sleep. I would have paid the same price as the sheet cost if I could go to a doctor and he could have given me the same benefits. So glad I have the benefits without using medications, but something natural. It should be standard that Beds should be made with grounding sheets made into them so everyone can experience the benefits. I will definitely recommend to anyone. Grounding is great.

Im in love! Since sleeping on the Earthing mat, I feel rested. Its a calm, peaceful, quiet presence and im so thankful I finally invested in a mat. I'm a shift worker and this mat is nothing short of a miracle.
Not only does it give me better sleep, I also have a nigly knee from a torn cartilage, years ago. The earthing mat always sooths it and sees it right the next morning.
Sometimes I feel like I go to bed broken, and the mat gently puts me back together. I really cant imagine living without an earthing mat anymore.

I was skeptical but keen to try. Turns out I had quite an experience with tingling feet and hands and then shoulder and legs. I had deep sleep and my husband said his head felt clear in the morning. That's just the first night, with thick brushed cotton sheets and nightwear.

I received my order quickly, and eagerly installed the bed sheet and pillow cover. I was pleased with how easy it was. I had been a little concerned that I would be able to feel the grounding items under my bedding, and especially the pillowcase one. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and flexible the grounding sheets are, and I cannot feel them at all! I've noticed myself sleeping deeper... waking up in the morning and realising I haven't woken at all during the night and a friend commented I look more rested than previously. My dogs also seem to want to spend more time on my bed than they used to, so I think they are also picking up the grounding! I'm very happy with my purchase.

I'm extremely sensitive and go through phases of struggling to earth because my whole body spins and I'm left dizzy for the day even after just 10 minutes of earthing, so I brought this small earthing/emf mat for my desk because I felt it maybe a nice way to just stop and sit with the mat for 10 minutes and see if I can work through the feelings. It's still intense, but I've been able to stand up and be okay with a few uses. I also purchased it because I let a friend borrow my other medium sized mat. The mats are very well made. The desk one is a decent one for a phone etc devices, added emf bonus with the phone on my lap at times. An as always extremely fast service from Blake and the team at Grounded Kiwi, worth supporting this awesome business.

For a long time i have suffered from pain everywhere it seems! I'm also at that age where perimenopause is kicking my butt with sleepless nights, body aches , needing a nap during the day etc. After coming back from a short break away in which involved alot of walking my body just didn't cope well. So when we got home your product came up on my news feed. I thought why not got nothing to loose by trying....
Well!! arrived very quickly and i promptly put it on my bed and bedtime rolled around, my body started tingling once i layed down which lasted 2 nights, but when i woke the next day i was energized! Walking was so much easier , the pain in my hips and knees had eased, my muscles were less tense. My brain fog had gone. I felt like a younger me again not a 52 year old lol. It took maybe 3 nights before i noticed i was sleeping so much better and whats even better my husband's snoring has got quieter so he must be sleeping better to !
