Handling Time

We will try to ship on the same day as the order is made. It is our priority to get your order to you within 24-48 hours from the time of order. Overnight Delivery in most cases. 

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. If the product doesn't fit or has another valid reason, we are open and willing to facilitate exchanges or accept returns.

Shipping Timeframes

All New Zealand orders are shipped Overnight via NZ Post (courier service), which we have found to be exceptionally fast and reliable. 

Australian orders are sent out via NZ Post / Australian Post with an expected delivery time of 10-14 Working days. 

International orders are sent via NZ Post and then handed over to your relevant local delivery agent. While we send out all orders as fast as possible, delivery time frames will differ for far-off destinations. 

Free Shipping conditions

Free shipping on order over $150, is only available to New Zealand and Australian addresses. For bulk orders please ask for rates prior to placing your order. We will do our best to get the lowest international shipping rates possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. The recipient must fulfil additional charges for customs clearance; Grounded Kiwi has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
