Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. If the product doesn't fit or has another valid reason, we are open and willing to facilitate exchanges or accept returns.

Shipping Timeframes & Free Shipping

We aim to ship every order the same working day.

📍 New Zealand: Free overnight shipping over $150.
📍 Australia: Free tracked shipping over A$130. Sent by NZ Post International Tracked and arrives in 4–6 working days, with no customs duties on orders under A$1,000.
📍 Worldwide: We ship to most countries. Just check your local customs rules, as import taxes, duties or fees set by your country may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. The recipient must fulfil additional charges for customs clearance; Grounded Kiwi has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
