I purchased the earthing mat and pillow cover on recommendation from a friend. I have used it for six days now. From the first night I have fallen asleep very quickly (something i'd recently been having problems with) Last night I had an 8 hour sleep which hasn't happened for me in years! It took a few days but looking forward to another good nights sleep tonight...

Best thing since sliced bread! After at least one week of using this on my bed, I have found that my neck aches have gone, and I get a great night's sleep. I am really glad that I purchased this - a very good investment.

I purchased the the grey cotton pillow case first. I love the natural feel of the fabric. I was a restless sleeper, waking several times during the night and able to go back into a deep sleep. I often woke up with a headache. It took a little time, but my sleep slowly improved, and by the 3rd or 4th week of using the pillow case I was falling quickly into a deep sleep, and waking in the morning headache free.
When the black pillow case came on sale I decided to try that as well, and same result. Natural, deep sleep and waking refreshed. I hadn't experienced that in years. Even my usual aches and pains are reduced, and this seems to be improving as time goes on. This may not work for everyone, but it has made a huge difference to my quality of sleep, and now I wake ready to take on the day.

I have had two lower back surgeries, the last being Spinal fusion. Tingling and nerve pain has been a very common event ,. Not anymore at might in bed using the Grounding Kiwi pillow cases. I was away from my bed in a Motel last weekend without it, big mistake, next time I'm away from home I'll take it.

The instant I first used the grounding matt I had a feeling of stress leaving my body,, and I felt instantly in a better mood, I was happy immediately. I knew I may experience pins and needle sensation as I was told beforehand that I may, but it was not a bad sensation quite the opposite. After only 10 to 15 minutes I had to leave the mat to walk my dog and I noticed by the end of the walk that I was moving much faster, so easily, and it was without question a direct result of grounding I had done. I have purchased the bed sheet so I can ground all night as I don't get time to sit much during the day being a busy mum. I would recommend grounded kiwi to anyone who would like to de-stress, be able to move faster and have more energy. I'll be purchasing more products in time especially for my elderly dog with arthritis as I one hundred percent believe he would benefit more than I even could. Great products made for busy people that don't time to connect to the earth.

From the first night I noticed increased flexibility and less pain in my neck and shoulder areas in the mornings. Sooo pleased 😀

First few nights I slept well but felt a little off in the day, next few nights really vivid dreams and now sleep like a champion!!

I wasn't skeptical about the benefits of earthing products as such, as I am fully aware of the damage that EMF causes, but I wasn't quite prepared for how good the products are. I bought two desk pads - one for my desk, and one to rest my feet on whilst I am working at my desk (the floor mat had sold out, hence why I bought the two). For the past year or so, I have been getting extremely sore shoulders, stiff neck, headache and stiffness + tension in my arms whilst working; I haven't had anything like that at all since using the desk mats. I'm in complete awe at how effective they are.

We received our king sized earthing mat promptly . It came two days after ordering. We were very impressed with the service .
Our first night sleeping on it was incredible. My husband usually gets up 3-4 times a night. I usually have trouble getting to sleep and get up at least once a night. We both slept a full 8 hours without getting up. We jumped out of bed feeling rested alert and ready to face our day. Our heart rate variability readiness readings were the highest they have ever been. This showed us that our stress levels were extremely low.
We are both very happy with our purchase . We have been considering buying an earthing mat for sometime.
We have tried a sheet with silver running through it . This had very little effect.
We strongly suggest the earthing mat to anyone that is wanting to improve their
health, well being, low stress and high energy.

I can honestly say since sleeping on my new Earthing mat I'm sleeping more Soundly Longer and not waking up every few hours. I thought this sounded too good to be true but it's honestly as good as they say. Back pain has lessened. It's Amazing

I knew from the first night sleep directly on the grounding mat that is was working, my partner was a bit of a sceptic and many other people I mentioned it to. I had been suffering from really annoying Achilles pain and within the first night and nights the pain had eased. I went for a walk with a friend and could finally keep up. Other things changed too like I noticed my partner fall asleep quicker and I was waking less during the night, after a few weeks he let me know his body was feeling better too, he does a physical job so a few niggles in the body. More recently and the thing that has really made me want to write a review today is I went away for work for a couple of nights, I took the mat with me and when I came home I must not have plugged it all back in properly as yesterday when I woke up for the gym I couldn’t move my ankle properly when walking and the Achilles pain had returned, my hands were also feeling really sore and swollen. I hadn’t woken up like that for a very long time and at 41 I shouldn’t be… I looked under the bed to find the plug wasn’t in and that I’d been sleeping on the mat for a couple of days and all my soreness had returned. It was the reality check I needed as I’ve had many comments about placebo I can assure you it is not. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time highly recommend.

My journey to purchasing this hydrogen water bottle started with following Gary Brecker who swears by them. I then looked at GroundedKiwi - because they are local and, I've already had fabulous service. I trust them. What sold me was the assurance over the product and quality. That if anything went wrong (with this expensive investment) then they would help.

First day getting - noticed increase in my hydration levels. By 1 week in - my skin was glowing, mental clarity increase. Reduced foggy brain. Now - at 4 weeks, I am ready to highly recommend this product. It has been live changing for me. I have chronic inflammation - multiple sclerosis. Upon starting with this, my symptoms have reduced dramatically. Whilst I have made some other tweaks to my lifestyle, I believe this water bottle is making a HUGE difference. I take it everywhere.
How I use it: morning upon waking, I fill it the night before and have it ready next to my bed. I wake and run the 3min cycle. Skull. Wait 30 mins. Then have coffee. Then I fill it again and run the 18min cycle. ready to start the day. Note I regularly intermittent fast.
Lunchtime - another 18min cycle
before dinner, 3min cycle.
after my evening walk or cycle 18min cycle.
So I'm having about 1.6 litres a day of hydrogen water and that works well for me.
We also invested in a top of the line water filtration system too. For maintenance, I've been running ultra distilled water through it (purchased at woolies) once every 6-7 days.
I love this bottle.
I also use the mister included multiple times a day to hydrate my face. Particularly great after a sauna.
Over the last few days, I used the nasal attachment. WOW. after my 90 min bike ride (e-bike) I used this and felt instantly energised!
If you are looking for a hydro water bottle. I highly recommend this. Watch out for the dodgy ones online, no warranty and you don't really know if it works.
