💧 Critical Filling Instruction

Primary Rule: ONLY fill the TOP compartment with water. Allow the water to filter completely down into the bottom compartment.

Refill Timing: Refill the top compartment only when the water level in the sight glass is low or empty.

⚠️ WARNING: The two compartments are NOT designed to be water-tight. If you fill both the top and bottom compartments, the unit will leak.

We ship New Zealand-wide and internationally, with free shipping for all New Zealand orders over $150. Orders outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
For New Zealand deliveries, we aim for delivery in 24-48 hours from the order time. Australian orders are sent out via NZ Post or Australian Post, with an expected delivery time of 10-14 working days.

First time purchasing a system like this, easy to assemble only problem i had was water leaking from the spout, I emailed and they gave me some advice which resolved the issue. Works great now.
These water filters are great eh! Have been using ours with our family with three young boys. So nice to know that they are drinking the best quality fltered water. Yes a simple quick turn of the spout fixes that easily. There is a srping inside so you can change the flow. Cheers Leo
