My husband is no longer a skeptic, one who would say, ‘you’d have better luck rubbing your **** with a brick’!! My skeptic has found his sleep is much more refreshing. He is a long time gout sufferer and has aches and joint pain. He has noticed less aches and pains in his joints when waking. He has admitted he is noticing the difference - not sleeping all night but feeling more rested when waking up. Because he is getting rest he believes his blood pressure is a lot better too.

I waited a couple of weeks to review as I didn’t have instant the instant results I’d read about. The first week symptoms and sleep got worse for me but I hoped that was a good thing and it turns out it was because after one week I started having the best sleeps ever. I’m so glad to have found this, I’ve tried all sorts of treatments and never slept for more than 2 hours. Now I’m sleeping 5 - 6 hours and going back to sleep no probs when I do wake up. Highly recommend!

I love the shungite eye mask. I was surprised how much shungite was in there! But I got used to it quickly and it has helped me have very good sleep and waking clear and fresh every morning. I also bought the shungite pyramid and have it by my laptop. It's lovely aesthetically and lovely to hold, as well as its EMF properties.

Fitted perfectly,have not at this stage noticed any difference in my sleep patterns! Am hoping that this will be resolved as time goes by and of course, maybe LOL the powers that be will get lower readings of meter!

I bought the blanket so i could move it feom the couch to bed and get as much earthing in as i can for inflammation. I think i am on night 10. The first few nights took a bit to get used too. Couldnt sleep well and just felt a bit headachey. I knew that would be me getting used to it so i kept going! Low an behold i am amazed! My sleeps are amazing every night amd my join pain is gone! I have had Insomnia since I was 12yrs old, over the years I found ways to get to sleep, but it would last a few months then not work and never so consistently, would I feel wide awake 1 minute then sleepy usually within 10-15 minutes. Also, I sleep all the way through to the morning, I actually feel rested for the first time in forever. I love it! I live next to a cell tower with another 5 transmitters within 100m from my house, which has bombarded my health, brain fog and memory loss, have started to clear. Although, it doesn't protect from emfs, it allows my body to rest and heal which I haven't had in a long time. I had been sleeping on my grounding mat, but the difference was noticeable straight away. I have recommended to my bestie, it will be interesting if she has similar results. I put one of mine over the internet router, as I tested the output with my emf metre reader, and when I put the cover over the router the reading dropped enormously.

So Ive had an original sheet bag for 12 years but never suited to sleep on it used it primarily as a recovery tool when training. Now I have the single blanket and pillow and just wow….been sleeping on it for 3 weeks now…sleeping better and deeper, feeling rested and not waking up as stiff as I have been for the last few years.
