I was sooooo sceptical of this!

I was sooooo sceptical of this and how effective it would be BUT after years of night shift, crazy sleep patterns, lack of daylight, menapause and ageing aches and pains, reviewing the science behind grounding I decided to jump on in and try it. I have been using the mat for one week and while im not jumping out of bed and racing around i have noticed a huge increase in how much calmer and relaxed I am. If i am struggling to get to sleep i am no longer getting anxious about not being asleep, ive become incredibly calm and at peace with the process and eventually drifting off slowly rather than tossing and turning and fighting with blankets and pillows. Honestly cant get over how much of a change this has made to me mentally in only one week. Cannot wait for further results as time goes on. No regrets in this investment at all! <3. I have also purchased some pieces of the shungite jewellery and wear these items religiously and again the sense of calmness in my body and mind are so worth it. Improve Sleep

After listening to a talk from a Chinese Physician entitled “Do sockets release electricity? Mattresses harbor magnetic fields 7 tips to prevent insomnia and fight inflammation”, I began my journey searching for the grounding products to try on.
There were tons of different brands in the market, but I ‘ve chosen to support local by picking up a single Grounding Mat from Grounded Kiwi NZ to try out plus several grounded pillow covers for my children.
I have been a poor sleeper and suffering from insomnia for years. After sleeping on the single mat for couple of weeks together with the help of Epzen Sleep Magnesium Epsom Salts, I discovered I could fall asleep & get back to sleep faster, best of all, I am waking up feeling rested and afresh.

I only purchased my grounding mat 10 days ago,I bought it for help with swelling in my lower legs and ankles.
I had read it helped sleep which I thought would be wonderful but as I have chronic fatugue syndrome/ M.E I didn't expect anything to change there.
From the 1st night I noticed a change in my sleep!!I slept 8 hours,only getting up once which is so wonderful.
I have slept 8 hours the last 8 nights,had 1 night that wasnt so good but know that's because of some treatment I had that day
Last night I slept 9 hours and my legs feel less tight- I also noticed that straight away.
Having had cfs/me for the last 25 years to be sleeping like this is incredible.

Clearer eyes

I've needed these blue light clip on glasses for years,but I didn't realize how much until I started to wear them a few weeks ago.

Clip on yellow blue light computer glasses

Wish I had got these sooner. When I used the computer I would get very bad eye strain, these clip ons are light and fit easily over my glasses. Hehe now I'm on the computer all the time.

These are a must! Blocking blue light coming off computers and over screen can really mess with ya. I know for me if i dont wear my bluelight glasses my head starts to scream at me! I cannot beleive I went years without wearing these. Always have a pair on know.

Large earthing mat

I’ve been using the grounding mat for a couple of weeks now, mainly to help with sleep and ease some body aches and back pain. Honestly, I felt the benefits straight away — deeper sleep, more energy during the day, and just feeling better overall. The mat fits the bed perfectly and is super comfy.
