I recently caught a virus which gave me bad SI area joint pain, I put the pillowcase under my hips to see and it lessened the pain. Wow! Very happy and I will be trying more products. I also have chemical sensitivities and this pillowcase is fine for me to sleep on.
I bought the single grounding and pillow due to increased hip and lower back pain that was impacting badly on my sleep. I bought the bed mat and pillow case. It took 2 weeks for my body to adjust at 59 and work through the daily fatigue! Stay with it, do not give up! I was suffering so much inflammation body aches everywhere everyday thanks partly to menopause. Into my 3rd week and the magic happened!! Relief at last. Walking around and able to exercise again. I'm a very long serving insomniac, yep I'm one if those light sleepers and an idea or an issue pops into my head and it doesn't want to leave. I also have been dealing with arthritic knees for 10years now still pending the double knee replacement surgery and due to compensating other parts of my body are bow feeling the pain, back, shoulders etc.
I've tried all types of creams, pills you name it I've tried it! The earthing mat popped up on my page months ago, I read up on grounding, read reviews then saw the price:-( some of you mat say what's the price to find relief... well I've literally spent thousands and no relief so excuse my skeptical of not wanting to pay out hundreds more.
Anyway I just popped the word expensive on here, keyboarding out loud and I got a quick response back. " hey we had a return, would you like to buy it...way cheaper. HELL YES.
It arrived, stripped my bed set it all up and day 1. NO DEAL, day 2 took 1/2 a sleeping tab had a good 6 hrs, was it the tablet or the mat? Day 3, cold turkey had the best sleep in bloody years. This was 2 weeks ago, i have some bad nights but mainly good nights and don't believe it's due to the mat not working for me. It's my overactive brain, but, I do have considerably less body pains and my knee pain is nowhere near as severe as it was getting. So she's,a keeper! I'll keep grounding.
Only ONE downfall is the surface of the mat causes your sheets to slide so need to figure out how to avoid that.. all in all you have nothing to lose but everything to gain!

Before purchasing my underlay I admit, I was a little skeptical about whether it would do anything for me. The science made sense but ulitmately you just have to try it for yourself. As a post menopausal woman I suffered with almost daily tension headaches which generally started during sleep, and the tension followed me through the day too. All I can say is that since sleeping on the underlay I haven't had one headache since - not one! I look forward to seeing more results with longer use.

Grounded Kiwi's earthing bed products have actually astounded me. Here are my experiences after a month of using them.
1. I've had chronic insomnia since a baby. Whilst I know my triggers and have managed them with herbs etc to some extent I've still had issues with sleep onset & maintenance. I'm now able to fall asleep much more easily and sleep through the night (and return to sleep easily if I do wake).
2. Aches and pains have reduced by 3/4. On days when I'm sore from massaging, stress or exercise I still sleep & wake up without these joint/muscular aches (or much reduced).
3. I feel more grounded. This really helps anxiety levels. Which I know for many people is at an all time high.

Yes, you can absolutely still wear PJs! When using an earthing mat, it's best to wear natural fiber pajamas like cotton, as they allow for better conductivity. So, as long as your PJs are made of natural fibers, you can stay comfy and grounded at the same time!
The only exception to this is if you are using a cotton earthing sheet that has the silver fiber. These products, like our quilted earthing pads, need direct skin contact to work.
