I have this pad on my chair as well as the longer one on my bed, I am sleeping much deeper, not getting up 2- 3 times a night going toilet. Occasionally might get up if I have drunk too much water before going to bed. I eat mostly carnivore and have found I don't want to drink as much water. One biggy is no more cramp. In the last couple of weeks I have noticed more focus in my thinking.

I’m so aware of grounding, but with winter coming and needing longer times to earth, I got the quilted pad. I chose that because it gave me lots of options for where to use. Currently, it is draped over the sofa arm so I can get some relief from the arthritis in my fingers. Has been working well after only a few days. Sleep has improved too. I have also had the pad on the floor for my feet, and can put it on my bed by my pillow. Great to be able to take it away with me too.
I noted the first few hours my hands, legs and feet got very warm and tingly (like pins and needles), but it’s not really a bother now I have been using the pad for a bit.
I’m very happy with the product and the marvellous service, from a local company too.

I have had bursitis in my shoulder, tendinitis in my elbows and lower back pain for a few years. Tried all the usuals (cortisone shots etc). I saw the earthing movie so thought I'd give it a shot. I've had the quilt for about a week and my pain has reduced dramatically and have more energy then I've had in a long time. I bought the small quilt to try it out and so I could move it easily and take on holiday with me. From the first night, my sleep patterns have improved and pain in my back and hips is greatly reduced.My cat, loves it too, he chooses to spend most of his day, on top of my side of the bed, he feels the change too, being an older cat.

This long length quilted grounding mat does double duty for us as a restful sleep pad at night and in the recliner helping my husband heal during the day. We have both tried it and it feels quite calming.
We actually used this long length quilted grounding mat as an experiment. We wanted to know if all the "grounding hype" was really real. Have to admit it really is lol!
We will now be ordering a full queen size grounding mat for our bed and another long quilted grounding mat for the other recliner!
Have to say the people at this company really care and help you find what you need. And shipping is just as fast as they promise. We would recommend also that you get the socket tester just to reassure yourself about every socket you choose to use definitely goes to ground. You only need one.
Essentially we could not be happier and we will definitely be back to buy more grounding mats.

I can't afford a bed-sized grounding mat, so I got myself this small mat and am using it in bed, either under my torso if it's warm enough to sleep without a T-shirt on, or under my legs if not.
After only one night I could feel the difference.

I just got the same chair pad as I was a bit skeptical and thought I'd see how it went before buying something bigger. It does appear to be helping my inflammation and improving my sleep. I tried just sitting with my calves on it as I watched TV. Had a great nights sleep just last night with it under my hip. You know you're getting old when a good nights sleep gets you excited!! :-) Might get the bigger one for my bed now.

After having sleep problems for years, I now sleep past 4.30am. If I do wake at night I go back to sleep which I seldom did before. I now sleep to 7.30 which is amazing.
