Omg I was so broken when I purchased my mattress 1/2 mat hopeful it was going to be my saviour . Not only did it arrive 2 days later so ive now had 8 days / night and I’m well impressed .. I’m not by any means 100 💯 but I know that my earthing mat combined with my beach walks barefoot goddess nah just kidding and all the supplements diet and positivity.. It’s going to be heaven on earth for me

Absolutely love my bed mat, dreaming again and sleeping well - too early to tell if it’s helping my Lymphedema but I reckon it will! I haven't had them long but I've had excellent results to date.
I'm finding the hydrogen water very effective for calming chronic inflammation I've suffered with for a long while plus I'm feeling more energised and calmer. I've also had really good results using the nano mist spray; I sprayed it consistently on a nasty burn which healed at a rapid pace plus I've used it on my friend's bad sunburn which soothed the burning sensation and calmed it down very quickly so by the next morning it was only noticeable in a small area.
Wonderful products!
I encourage all to use them but it is the consistency that brings the best results from my experience.

After a week with the grounding mat. I have noticed less pain as I have has bad experience of a hip replacement, going wrong. I am currently undergoing a remedial operation and in the Southern Cross hospital Rotorua.
During the week prior, as I stated. The pain lessened but the quality of sleep was the same as not using the grounding mat.
I think this may due to the short time that I have been using the product.
I will review this after 6-7 weeks.

First night; full on dreams quite disturbing maybe should of eased into it but that’s not how I roll. From then on each night I lay down I feel my body mind release let go begin to heal and relax. A wonderful product I wish more people had access to. Very nice, good quality pendant. However, I think maybe it’s not quite for me, as I feel tired and sleepy wearing it for some reason. I was hoping it would be energising for me, so I’m a bit sad about it. But it’s really not due to the quality of the pendant itself.

I have only been using my grounding mat for a week but already we are both sleeping better and feeling a lot less creaky in the mornings. My sciatica is bothering me less though time will tell. The first night it felt odd to sleep on but we got used to it very quickly.

We have been using various grounding products for 2 years. We know they work because we are living better than ever. Just upgraded to the bed mat and sheet set. We even have a (connected) third pillow case our poodle to sleep on.

I look forward to bedtime every night. Sleep is deep when I do go to sleep. The first week using the bed mat was like I felt tingling sensation going through my legs.
