I brought the grounding sheet for a freind's birthday present but his birthday is not until beginning October so i can not review his expereince with the sheet. though, i have it wrapped up ready and each time he visits he touches the wrapped present and wonders what is inside so he is actually getting some pleasure trying to guess whilst he fiddles with it. his temptation to open it is strong but he walks away when at the point of tearing the paper off it. However i really like the little wrap and seem to have some small changes goiing on within me. I sufferd a perilous medical event late last year resulting in cardiomyopathy. . I would be pleased to win the mat as I would like to get one for my daughter. I think it could be helpful for her. thank you , She tells me that last year and this year have been really bad for her with happenings.

I did some research and decided to buy myself a earthing mat. After 2 surgerys on my hip , I have ended up with edema. After 1 week of earthing I have noticed the swelling is coming down and my feet and ankles are getting more feeling back , and not feeling numb. I would reccomend the earthing mat, it is worth a try.

Hello have had my mat about 3 weeks I have to say in that short time my sleep pattern has changed from getting up between 2 3 and 4am making a cup of tea have had 3 mornings sleeping to 6.30 another bonus I have an ulcer on right leg the pain has gone am not expecting the ulcer to heal as can take months to heal.I am very grateful for your grounding mat. The quality of my sleep has improved substantially since I started using my grounding mat while I sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed, and ready for another busy day as a single working mum. I have been suffering with insomnia since menopause began for me a couple of years ago. Some nights I was so wired that I would be awake all night with my mind in overdrive. I purchased a earthing pillow case which was definitely helpful so I decided to get the earthing mat for my bed too. I gave my family water out of the Kangen water machine. Then I gave them the water from my water with shungite in what different. They all notice a different said it was cleaner, refreshing taste. Very happy with Shungite water filtration. :)

Totally love it, great way to unwind or to rest my feet on whilst I am working - love the tingly feeling on bare feet and gives me some earthing whiilst inside during the day to complement my night time pillow grounding. Another fantastic product, thank you

I can't afford a bed-sized grounding mat, so I got myself this small mat and am using it in bed, either under my torso if it's warm enough to sleep without a T-shirt on, or under my legs if not.
After only one night I could feel the difference.
It is SO GOOD to wake up with a clear head. Thank you!

I have been using the 9000 ppb hydrogen water bottle for almost 3 weeks now and am very pleased with the results. Often it is difficult to tell with health interventions if they are having a positive impact or not, but I am quite sure the hydrogen water has improved things for me. I have Crohn's disease with associated chronic inflammation and chronic fatigue. My energy levels have certainly improved enabling me to exercise more which I'm thrilled about. I haven't had my inflammation levels tested since using the hydrogen water but my trips to the bathroom have decreased indicating an improvement there for which I'm very grateful. I didn’t know what to expect when I tried my sisters grounding sheet. But I was surprised that the next day after using her sheet that the neuropathy in my feet was over 50% better. Parts of my feet have been numb for over 25 years. So I was sold on the benefits. I ordered my own sheet which I use under my cotton fitted sheet. My sisters was a silver thread one which I didn’t want as you have to wash it regularly and I could see it might not last long so I went for the carbon sheet from Grounded Kiwi. It arrived quickly with updates on where it was and when to expect it. I don’t notice the sheet under my fitted cotton sheet although there is a warm feeling to it probably just my body warmth reflected. There is an improvement in my feet the more I use it. I am also sleeping better and it’s a deeper sleep. I would have paid the same price as the sheet cost if I could go to a doctor and he could have given me the same benefits. So glad I have the benefits without using medications, but something natural. It should be standard that Beds should be made with grounding sheets made into them so everyone can experience the benefits. I will definitely recommend to anyone. Grounding is great.

Im in love! Since sleeping on the Earthing mat, I feel rested. Its a calm, peaceful, quiet presence and im so thankful I finally invested in a mat. I'm a shift worker and this mat is nothing short of a miracle.
Not only does it give me better sleep, I also have a nigly knee from a torn cartilage, years ago. The earthing mat always sooths it and sees it right the next morning.
Sometimes I feel like I go to bed broken, and the mat gently puts me back together. I really cant imagine living without an earthing mat anymore.
