Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so happy to hear that our filter helped improve the taste and smell of your water. Water is life!
it doesn't tell u how to check of its working ? we used the red dye test that the berkey ones say and it came out bright red ? so I guess they aren't filtering very well
Hey Lynn, We were sorry to get your feedback. Our family and many Grounded Kiwi community memebrs have been using these same filters for many years and wouldnt go without. I had to look up the 'red dye test' but after quick research I see that its just a marketing gimick which has no bearing on the outcome to say if a flter is good or bad! There are plenty of videos showing berkeys failing the dye test too. Please feel free to reach out to us rather than leaving a bad review. We are here to help!
