Our Grounded Kiwi Earthing mat comes with adjustable fitted straps that are designed to fit most mattress sizes, ensuring that the underlay stays securely in place throughout the night. The straps also prevent the grounding mat from bunching up, providing you with a comfortable and uninterrupted night's sleep.

Moreover, the underlay can be used in two ways - either vertically or horizontally across the bed, depending on your personal preference. This versatility allows you to customize your grounding experience to suit your needs and sleeping habits.

To connect to Earth, each mat includes your choice of either an Earthing plug or Earthing rod. 

Earthing plug uses your regular 3pin house power socket to connect to Earth via your homes/building Earth rod.

Earthing Matt

I held off giving a review to see what happens, it's only been a few weeks and wake up nearly bouncing out of bed. I suffered major back injury 18 yrs ago and had struggled with pain until 4 yrs ago but wasn't totally mobile and not moving as much as I do after using the matt. I can't get over how free I feel and no dull aches when I get up. My anxiety levels have dropped also. Can't wait to see the kilos drop off as I have full faith in the statements I read before purchasing this. Well worth the money if you can definitely get this.

I am a shift worker and some nights I would toss and turn a lot before falling asleep.Since having the single mattress and pillow combo I find I drop off to sleep within a very short time and sleep right through until the alarm goes off.Im thoroughly enjoying this experience!!.

Grounding single underlay

I've had my grounding mat for about 10 days now. I can't say there has been a miraculous change in my sleeping. Out of the 10 nights, 4 have been average to bad while the rest good. And the sleep during the good ones seem to be deeper and more restful than before. It is still early days but I am tentatively positive. Ask me again in a few months time.

Thank you for the review Ruth, keep the Earthing going :) It has been such a powerful and natural solution for so many. Studies have shown that it can take up to 40 days before the connection has 'reset' your system and allowed your body to get its functions working. Way less pain and a way better sleep!

With arthritis in both hips, I was in pain all day every day, I couldn't sit still and couldn't stand still for too long without excruciating pain, Tossing and turning in my sleep all night with pain. The first night using my single sheet grounding underlay, I had the best sleep ever in months. The pain in both hips has reduced so much, I'm more mobile than ever. I'm addicted to grounding. I am very impressed by the service of Grounding Kiwi, being able to talk and text by phone and email getting all my questions answered. Highly recommended.
