Awesome!

I am thoroughly enjoying using my mat! It provides subtle relief from which I assume is an electro- magnet inbalance that occurs in our bodies these days with so much use of high tech stuff in our daily lives. I'm much more relaxed, sleeping better and ankle oedema is less each day.

Earthing Mat

I have to admit ... I was a bit skeptical when I first heard about this product. But after watching the YouTube movie, and reading the reviews, I figured it was worth a try. And I have no regrets. I sleep with the mat at the foot of my mattress. Without a sheet cover, the sensation of the rubber took a bit of adjusting but after a few nights I got used to it and now I sleep like a baby. I no longer experience the sciatic and back pain that I struggled with before and getting out of bed in the morning is a breeze. More importantly, as soon as my feet hit the floor I am mobile, without any niggling pain in my feet or lower back area. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Grounded Kiwi!!

Earthing Mat

I did some research and decided to buy myself a earthing mat. After 2 surgerys on my hip , I have ended up with edema. After 1 week of earthing I have noticed the swelling is coming down and my feet and ankles are getting more feeling back , and not feeling numb. I would reccomend the earthing mat, it is worth a try.

Quality sleep, reduced pain & inflammation

The quality of my sleep has improved substantially since I started using my grounding mat while I sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed, and ready for another busy day as a single working mum. I've also noticed an improvement in general joint pain and reduced inflammation around my ankles and lower legs which is so great! Highly recommend.
