Step 3: Initiate a Return (After 40 Nights of Use)

If, after troubleshooting with us, you are still not completely satisfied and it is within 40-90 days of your purchase date, we will issue you a Return Authority reference number.

Our Return Policy (Logistics & Fees)

Refund (After 40 Nights and within 90 Days):

• You must have used the mat for at least 40 nights.
• The return must be initiated within 90 days of the original purchase date.
• The mat must be returned in good working order, meaning it is clean and free from any obvious damage, tears, or excessive wear beyond normal use for 90 days, with all original leads, cords, and packaging. - Must include these to be accepted.
• Deductions: The refunded amount will be the price paid minus $30 shipping/restocking/admin & handling fee.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned mat (allow 5-7 business days), we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return postage. To ensure your refund is processed, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning the product, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If you choose to return the mat earlier, we must treat this as a 'Change of Mind.' To ensure safety and hygiene, every returned product requires a complete inspection and deep cleaning—a necessary process that incurs significant time/cost for our small family team. Therefore, for mats returned prematurely, we offer a 50% refund of the price paid (Note that the shipping and admin fees mentioned above are included in this) as a fair compromise. While we respect your choice, we sincerely hope you reconsider and commit to the full 40 nights for your ultimate benefit.
