I bought this for a family member as I’ve had mine for a year and my clicky joints, stiffness & pains have disappeared. I used to struggle getting up from the sofa quickly, only a month or so from sleeping on the mat, I turned into a spring chicken. I’ve found them to be warm and lovely to wear. But too hot to wear in our summer time in the Uk, unless it turns cooler, to wear in bed. But around the home lovely.

I’m considering buying another pair. My ankles hurt normally when I get up from sitting a short while in a chair. Whilst wearing these socks they don’t. Hence the reason I’m considering the second pair.

I’m unsure how to wash the socks so would love to know how to keep them nice and fresh.

I've had this machine for about a year
We moved 2 weeks ago and have been unable to find a fitting to fit the tap in the new house. Turns out it had extra connections in the box which we found....
But in that 2 weeks I've been developing more headaches again and finding it hard to stay hydrated.

These should be mandatory for all phone users and can’t believe they aren’t. Grateful we have access to authentic shungite from a family owned kiwi business. I feel alot better having a layer of protection and would not be without it now. Will make for great meaningful, practical gifts too!

I have been extremely impressed from the get go with Grounded Kiwi. Their customer service is exceptional and shows this family owned Kiwi company truly care about what they are selling. The speedy delivery of the bed mat and pillow cover set, and the additional floor grounding mat that I purchased, are made using high quality materials.
Hubby and I slept like logs after the 4th night of use. The first 3 nights we had placed a thin sheet and then another thick cotton sheet over the top of the grounding bed mat ( due to our concern that our eldery cat, who likes to sleep under the covers, might damage the mat with her claws) so after feeling no difference the first 3 nights, we removed the thick sheet from the bed and this changed everything!
I have been suffering with hot flushes for a year now, waking me 7-8 times through the night, but by nights 4, 5 and 6.. I was only waking 2-3 times feeling warm not drenched, so for me, I'm sold!!

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical but decided to give it a try. First night, had a pain-free sleep with my grounding mat. It's been 2 or 3 weeks now & I wouldn't want to go back to not having one. My husband is using the pillowcase & he is finding that he sleeps better & his knees aren't as sore as the usually are. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I've been wearing these for a few months now on my main pair of shoes and they have been great. Straps are still firmly attached to shoe. Works fine with any natural fibre socks, although the grounding socks do help noticeably along side the straps.

Now I get to be grounded almost anywhere, also thanks to my grounded bed mat and pet mat that we use at the computer (My dog and I have ended up sharing the pet mat since it's quite big and he likes laying by me anyway).

I been using this for week now and I'm sleeping a lot better than I have in years. The pain is still there but not as server as it has been. Instead of broken sleep I'm sleeping longer through the night.

Purchased this to give Earthing a try. Towards the end of the first week I started to feel there was a difference in my legs/ feet. I have had both ankles fused and a spinal fusion so aching pain was the norm.
This made me then decide to get the fitted mat for the bed. Only a week into it. Got up yesterday...no aches and pretty sure sleeping better .

I purchased the 8-Stage Tap Water Purifier specifically to reduce fluoride, chlorine, and other added chemicals from Auckland tap water. After conducting side-by-side water strip tests comparing tap water, filtered water, and bottled water, I was disappointed to find the filtered water results were almost identical to the tap water.

There was no noticeable improvement in taste or smell either, which made me question how much filtration is actually occurring. The marketing suggests advanced purification and removal of contaminants including fluoride and heavy metals, however my own testing and experience did not reflect this.

Based on my results, I personally would not describe this as a deep purification system.

If you are looking for significant fluoride reduction or measurable changes in water quality, it may be worth researching more robust systems such as reverse osmosis with independent certification and test data.

Sleeping better and husband's ankles are no longer swollen in the morning after a couple of weeks using it.
