Earthing Shoe straps . Make any footwear Earthing footwear

These are essential for the footwear I wear during my nursing shifts

I've been wearing these for a few months now on my main pair of shoes and they have been great. Straps are still firmly attached to shoe. Works fine with any natural fibre socks, although the grounding socks do help noticeably along side the straps.

Now I get to be grounded almost anywhere, also thanks to my grounded bed mat and pet mat that we use at the computer (My dog and I have ended up sharing the pet mat since it's quite big and he likes laying by me anyway).

With everything I wear except bare feet there’s a synthetic sole between me and being grounded so my earthing straps are a huge bonus for me..

I'm loving these. They stick much better than I thought they would, and feeling great to be honest. I wasn't 100% convinced, but I tested them and they're not only feeling good overall, my persistent foot pain is hugely reduced! At first I attached to just one shoe of my two favourite pairs to see if I could get away with one only - and the foot without the strap was aching when I got home. I was fascinated to see if this was a coincidence so jumped in and got another pair to test. Added the strap to the second foot, and incredibly yes it did kill the pain there as well! I wasn't even concentrating on it when I realised, had been on the phone for the walk - my usual pavement walk about 1 hour round my neighbourhood. I was about 3/4 the way round when suddenly noticed. Amazing. No idea if the rest of the science really works, but I'll go with it for the painless feet :-) Only thing to note - some straps can be moved from shoe to shoe, these can't, but they're also pretty subtle on a sports shoe. No one spots them. Will try and remember to take a photo later to share.

Finally found something that will ground my running shoes without making them look bad

I cannot seem to remove the 5 star rating that I did not insert!
The fact that you can’t wash them or take off and put on other shoes makes these straps a waste of time for me. I change my shoes often and way too expensive to buy straps for every pair of walkers. I wash my walking shoes regularly

They are waiting patiently in my drawer because I am going to attach them to a pair of vivobarefoot shoes which should arrive at my door soon-then we shall see, but I am looking forward to working nearly barefoot- and being grounded!

I love my new earthing shoe straps to go with my earthing socks! I seem to find a spring of energy when I have my shoes on whilst outside! I have troubled feet & often times I cant go barefoot so these are the next best thing! Grounding is the third most important bio hack of all in my opinion, and seeing that you can’t walk around barefoot everywhere, the Erthe shoe straps combat this problem immediately. I love’em!

My left hip has been severely inflamed since I injured it 18 months ago. I am finally getting medical treatment and have also discovered the value of Earthing. My husband has an earthing kit and set up a system for me to use at home (a pad on my lap, connected to earth energy); it is subtle but very helpful. Recently I needed to make trip to Scotland to visit my son. I bought the grounding straps, attached them to my hiking boots, and wore them most days as a way of earthing while there. I walked miles on city streets, back country trails, in museums, etc, and between icing and earthing was able to keep the inflammation down.
