21 day's, improving sleep quality
I've had my earthing bed mat for 21 days, I'm 65, usual prostate bathroom visits during the night. I'm now getting back to sleep easily. I've had shoulder surgery and have rotator cuff in the other, also osteo in both knees, plus mild sleep disorder and restless leg syndrome. 21 day's and I'd rate my sleep quality as 30% better, I was saying 20% better a week ago. I absolutely love my grounding mat. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and it sits in front of my favourite chair. I was having symptoms of neuropathy in my feet/calves but I haven’t felt that since using. As for the speed of delivery, wow can’t believe how fast I got it. Great company to deal with.

I am thrilled to receive my tuning fork set and am learning how to use them. I love the vibration on my chest when placing on my heart centre and the healing sounds of the vibration. I am learning a lot but enjoying the journey especially when our solar energies are in an exciting time and we need grounding and healing vibration to stay earthed and in balance.
