I've used grounding products before so I know they work. I'm very pleased to find something for my bed that'll last longer than silver threads in cotton sheeting.

I Kid You Not—This Works!
I’m still within my first month of owning my Grounded Kiwi grounding mat and pillow, and I have to admit—I was a sceptic! But after waking every morning with a stiff neck, painful shoulders, body aches and headaches, I was willing to try almost anything. I was tired of reaching for Panadol like they were lollies and spending money on massages just to get some relief.
After my very first night sleeping with both the grounding mat and pillow, I woke up without the usual pain in my neck. I honestly couldn’t believe it. I felt more refreshed and energised, although part of me still wondered whether it was just a placebo effect.
But as the days have gone by, the improvement has continued. My shoulder pain has reduced, I’m sleeping well, and I’m waking in the morning feeling genuinely refreshed instead of stiff and sore.
And the pillow? I absolutely love it—it has become one of my favourite things I own!

I've only been using it for a week so far, but I've been waking up so much more refreshed and rested. I have always had poor sleep, to the point where I don't even remember my dreams. But ever since using the mat my dreams have been much more easier to recall, and I'm able to bounce out of bed and get started with the day much sooner. I've been doing chores around the house more spontaneously where before I would have to plan it out in advance just to manage my energy. Purchased the Universal size Forrest Green Bed Mat 💚 the limit edition design of this.
- It’s early days still & have only slept on it for 16 nights.
- After the 1st couple of nights I noticed I’m not as stiff getting out of bed the mornings & I’m having a deep restful sleep (I’m only waking once during the night) where as before I would wake 2-3 times during the night to go to the toilet.
My Dad had made his own grounding mat years ago, (he’s since passed 🕊️away) & I still have his mat, but it’s small.
When budget allows l’ll be purchasing more products Grounded Kiwi.

Purchased queen grounded mat. I was a skeptic but after reading the reviews and seeing that they were based in NZ, I thought what the heck! It has a 90 day money back guarantee, and it takes only 2-3 days to arrive and the service was quick and easy. It has bn on my bed now for a week and I did notice on my 1st night that I slept right through. I work twilight hours so had broken sleep previously and wld wake up groggy. I wake up earlier and feel gr8 to be honest. My legs dnt feel so restless. I also noticed on 1st night that I didn't wake up with bed hair 👏 So that tells me I must be having deep sleeps and not tossing and turning anymore. I received my order quickly, and eagerly installed the bed sheet and pillow cover. I was pleased with how easy it was. I had been a little concerned that I would be able to feel the grounding items under my bedding, and especially the pillowcase one. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and flexible the grounding sheets are, and I cannot feel them at all! I've noticed myself sleeping deeper... waking up in the morning and realising I haven't woken at all during the night and a friend commented I look more rested than previously. My dogs also seem to want to spend more time on my bed than they used to, so I think they are also picking up the grounding! I'm very happy with my purchase.

We received our king sized earthing mat promptly . It came two days after ordering. We were very impressed with the service .
Our first night sleeping on it was incredible. My husband usually gets up 3-4 times a night. I usually have trouble getting to sleep and get up at least once a night. We both slept a full 8 hours without getting up. We jumped out of bed feeling rested alert and ready to face our day. Our heart rate variability readiness readings were the highest they have ever been. This showed us that our stress levels were extremely low.
We are both very happy with our purchase . We have been considering buying an earthing mat for sometime.
We have tried a sheet with silver running through it . This had very little effect.

Really enjoying my sleeping mat. Not quite sure I understand the science, but it is easier to switch off. My body relaxes more readily. I can actually sleep in, not in a bad way, but normally, I would wake up, and jsut have to get up, but now I can turn over and go back to sleep which is awesome. I look forward to going to bed, odd but true! Had been having decent bouts of insomnia and these seemed to have ebbed. Ive only had the mat a couple of weeks, so am curious to see the long term effects, and whilst Ive never really been into crystals etc, I am curious to get some other things from Grounded.
