This product gives you confidence in your set up as advertised. I received the usual great service and quick arrival and I have come to expect from this awesome new Zealand company
I've been using the forks to treat a rotatory cuff injury but now I'm using them intuitively on other parts of my body. I noticed a relaxing in soft tissue around the injury site resulting in more movement in the joint. I also notice I omitt several sighs through out the use and feel more relaxed in general after using the forks.
I have arthritis which results in broken sleep as I turn over and over like a rotisserie chicken lol. I've noticed my sleep has improved (less movement) my circulation seems to have improved and my feet are warmer. Other subtle changes also such as I've stopped with the restless leg movement. I'm very happy with this product 😃

Wear this bracelet everyday, I love how it is made. Easy draw-string pull to take on and off and a unique piece that is understated enough to go with a corporate outfit. Unsure if placebo but it does make me feel at ease.

I have no way of testing the fluroide content but assume it does it what it claims

You can certainly taste the difference, and while each and every town water supply is going to be different, these filters are going to remove the majority (not all) of the fluoride from your water. Peering these with the carbon water filters makes drinking water so much more enjoyable and good for you. Just this weekend we stayed at a family home out of town and had no water filter. We tried but just could not drink the 'water' from the tap! so gross! - Blake
I purchased the earthing mat and pillow cover on recommendation from a friend. I have used it for six days now. From the first night I have fallen asleep very quickly (something i'd recently been having problems with) Last night I had an 8 hour sleep which hasn't happened for me in years! It took a few days but looking forward to another good nights sleep tonight...
Another awesome review from Carol. I completely agree with this. Life is too short to live in pain and while spending $200 - $300 so that you can connect back to the earth every single night seems like a lot to fork out, It isnt if its going to give you quality of life back. How much do we spend on coffee to 'kick start' our day with caffine when getting a great nights sleep does so much more than a tempory boost!

Best thing since sliced bread! After at least one week of using this on my bed, I have found that my neck aches have gone, and I get a great night's sleep. I am really glad that I purchased this - a very good investment.

I purchased the the grey cotton pillow case first. I love the natural feel of the fabric. I was a restless sleeper, waking several times during the night and able to go back into a deep sleep. I often woke up with a headache. It took a little time, but my sleep slowly improved, and by the 3rd or 4th week of using the pillow case I was falling quickly into a deep sleep, and waking in the morning headache free.
When the black pillow case came on sale I decided to try that as well, and same result. Natural, deep sleep and waking refreshed. I hadn't experienced that in years. Even my usual aches and pains are reduced, and this seems to be improving as time goes on. This may not work for everyone, but it has made a huge difference to my quality of sleep, and now I wake ready to take on the day.

I am so pleased with the positive results from the bed mat & pillow cover. It took a few nights for my body to adjust, but I'm now sleeping better, feel more energized & have less back & leg pain. I have only been using my grounding mat for four nights and already it is showing promise.The first night I was a bit nervous of using it, (I have CFS)wondering what would happen, but the last 3 nights I have been going to sleep quicker and sleeping more deeply. Arthritis in hip has slightly diminished and I'm hoping for more improvements as time goes on.🙂
