Collection: Earthing pillows

I've known of earthing for YEARS. And despite my best intentions, I never even got in the habit of going and putting my feet on the grass for 5 minutes a day.
So I've wanted an earthing mat for a long time!
It always felt like a 'want' more than a 'need' so it has taken several years to finally buy one. I did my research of all the companies that the algorithm showed me. Read ALL the reviews. And finally decided to go with the more 'expensive' but trusted company that is Grounded Kiwi.

And all I can say is: I'm glad I trusted my research in this brand!
And I'm soooo annoyed at myself for not INVESTING in one years ago.

I work as a personal trainer, I exercise daily and have lived with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) for as long as I can remember. Thanks to lifting weights.

But now? Meh, barely anything! It's been a good six weeks and I can't believe how much pain I'm NOT in when I wake up! Not only that, I'd had an annoying sore shoulder for close to a year. From the first night, the pain nearly disappeared. And I haven't had a sore shoulder since.

I got this mat while my husband was overseas and I didn't tell him... I wanted to see how he felt without any possibility of placebo effect coming into play! Haha.

Here's his result: Not really any jetlag! Despite having bad jetlag when he had arrived in the Netherlands. He started lifting weights for the first time in a looong time when he was home... and same with him - next-to-no muscle pain! He's been running more than he was - and waking with recovered legs. I finally let him in on the 'secret' after a couple of weeks when he couldn't deny what he'd already told me about how much pain he wasn't in (when he hadn't known the mat was on the bed). Haha. I'm SOLD!!

I suffered from migraines which would be severe and would last for two to three days, leaving me exhausted for a few days afterwards. I purchased the bedsheet and pillowcase and within three months, I stopped getting migraines. I haven’t had a migraine since using these items.

Fits onto bed very well. Excellent quality. Durable. I tested it with my EMF detector and it really works. It drains my body of muscle soreness from working my body hard . I bought this bundle for my little boys’s bed when they were sharing a bed together. They are now in two seperate beds so have just bought another mat ☺️ They sleep so much more deeply and don’t get up through the night. My 6 year old doesn’t complain about having a hard time falling asleep anymore. I swear they fall asleep within 10 mins of getting into bed with these mats and pillows!!! They are great! I work really hard and when I come home, instead of going for a walk in bare feet on the grass, I literally plonk myself on my earthing mat to revive myself coz I'm soo tired. It truly restores equilibrium and a sense of calm and peacefulness after a hard day's work.
I also sleep soundly on my earthing pillowslip.
These products really work, they're the real deal and I highly recommend them.
Currently have Shungite stones in my water bottle plus wear a Shungite stone bracelet.

Our cat sleeps on the bed as well and she is a different animal, more energy (she is 13 yeas old and had been sleeping A LOT) now she is running around the house, catching mice and generally appears younger
My partner no longer snores like a freight train coming, his snoring has decreased to a heavy breathing.

When I discovered Grounded Kiwi and checked them out, I found they are the real deal, home grown, New Zealand based business. These people know and use their products. I emailed a few questions because grounding products were new to me. They were very helpful in their knowledge and answers. First night sleeping on the grounding pillow cover was amazing. No more restless legs, no dull hip pain, my body relaxed and my sleep improved. I'd been feeling very run down as sleep was difficult most nights and I'd be awake for what seemed like hours before going to sleep. I never want to sleep ungrounded again! I have to admit ... I was a bit skeptical when I first heard about this product. But after watching the YouTube movie, and reading the reviews, I figured it was worth a try. And I have no regrets. I sleep with the mat at the foot of my mattress. Without a sheet cover, the sensation of the rubber took a bit of adjusting but after a few nights I got used to it and now I sleep like a baby. I no longer experience the sciatic and back pain that I struggled with before and getting out of bed in the morning is a breeze. More importantly, as soon as my feet hit the floor I am mobile, without any niggling pain in my feet or lower back area. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Grounded Kiwi!!

I had a recent injury to my shoulder and it was shown in an ultrasound that I had torn my rotator muscle. I couldn’t lift my arm and within a week of using the 128 hz fork 3 times a day I had inproved movement. After 2 weeks of use I am able to lift my arm above my shoulder with no discomfort. I have been using the 9000 ppb hydrogen water bottle for almost 3 weeks now and am very pleased with the results. Often it is difficult to tell with health interventions if they are having a positive impact or not, but I am quite sure the hydrogen water has improved things for me. I have Crohn's disease with associated chronic inflammation and chronic fatigue. My energy levels have certainly improved enabling me to exercise more which I'm thrilled about. I didn’t know what to expect when I tried my sisters grounding sheet. But I was surprised that the next day after using her sheet that the neuropathy in my feet was over 50% better. Parts of my feet have been numb for over 25 years. So I was sold on the benefits. I ordered my own sheet which I use under my cotton fitted sheet. My sisters was a silver thread one which I didn’t want as you have to wash it regularly and I could see it might not last long so I went for the carbon sheet from Grounded Kiwi. It arrived quickly with updates on where it was and when to expect it. I don’t notice the sheet under my fitted cotton sheet although there is a warm feeling to it probably just my body warmth reflected. There is an improvement in my feet the more I use it. I am also sleeping better and it’s a deeper sleep. I would have paid the same price as the sheet cost if I could go to a doctor and he could have given me the same benefits. So glad I have the benefits without using medications, but something natural. It should be standard that Beds should be made with grounding sheets made into them so everyone can experience the benefits. I will definitely recommend to anyone. Grounding is great.
