Warranty
- We offer a 2-year guarantee on manufacturing quality and continued conductivity for our premium Earthing mats (ranging from Super-King to Single sizes)—twice as long as any other provider worldwide. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse or improper care. To maintain coverage, you must strictly follow the cleaning instructions we provided. For example, damage often observed as flaking or wear in the torso area—typically caused by excessive sweat, frequent movement, or failure to adhere to the recommended cleaning procedures—is explicitly excluded from the guarantee.
- 12 Months on all other items unless stated.
Really comfy
They pretty good eh! People are loving these earthing pillows. Thank you for the review - much apreciated - Blake
I did sleep better however find the neck pillow a bit too fat for comfort. Also the dome fastener is so tight I couldn’t undo it and it pulled out of the fabric the first time I used it, so it can no longer fasten.
Kia ora Maxine,
I’m so pleased to hear that you actually slept better with the U-Shape pillow! That’s the 'Grounded Kiwi' result we love to see, even if the fit wasn't quite perfect for your neck.
Regarding the dome fastener:
As a small family team, we stand by our quality, and as soon as you mentioned the dome had pulled through the fabric, we immediately offered to have it professionally repaired and returned to you at our cost. We genuinely wanted to get it back into 'like-new' condition for you so you could continue your grounding journey.
Since you chose not to take us up on that free repair, I’m sorry to see the 3-star review still stands, as we really did try our best to provide a total solution for you!
A 'Founder' Tip for Comfort:
The U-Shape is quite firm to provide travel support, but many of our customers (myself included!) actually prefer our Standard Earthing Pillow for overnight sleep, as it’s much softer and more traditional in shape.
If you change your mind and would like us to look at that repair or discuss an upgrade to the softer pillow, my door is always open. Feel free to give me a bell on 022 5107939.
Best regards,
Blake (Founder)
