Well that didn’t last very long ! I have a Dalmatian and within a day there were a couple of chips off the charm then the next day the majority of the charm broke off leaving just a small piece left on the ring attached to her collar . This I have left on her collar as I feel a little bit of shungite is better than nothing . So rather a waste of money .

However, Dogs can be a bit rougher than humans and Shungite can be fragile. WE WILL REPLACE ANY BROKEN CHARM upto 6 months of use.
Sorry that it happened to yours. We really like the fact that we can help reduce the impact of our modern way of life on our loved pets. The Shungite, being made mostly of carbon can be a bit brittle.
