Each fork is frequency-checked in production. Engraving or marking can vary by batch — if a mark is hard to read, the free guide lists every frequency. Afterpay available at checkout.

How people use them (keep it simple)
- Hold the fork by the stem, not the prongs.
- Tap one prong gently with a mallet (or on the fleshy part of your palm).
- Place the stem on a shoulder, knee or other spot that feels tight after a long day, or hold the fork near the body during meditation. Keep forks well away from ears (at least 15 cm).

Should I buy the 3-piece or the 8-piece?
Start with the 3-piece set if you want 128 / 256 / 512 Hz for everyday use and recovery. Choose this 8-piece set if you want the chakra frequency range for meditation and energy work.
Are the forks labelled?
Some batches have engraving or marks by frequency / chakra, but we can't promise every fork is clearly labelled. Download the free guide on this page for a clear list. Not sure? Email a photo to hello@groundedkiwi.nz.
Weighted or unweighted?
These are weighted. The stem vibration is easier to feel on the body. Unweighted forks are more about tone near the ears — keep any fork at least 15 cm from the ears.
Can I use them on sore shoulders or stiff knees?
Lots of customers use a vibrating fork on tight spots after work or sport. Go gently, skip open wounds and eyes, and stop if anything feels wrong. This is a wellness tool, not a medical device.

I am thrilled to receive my tuning fork set and am learning how to use them. I love the vibration on my chest when placing on my heart centre and the healing sounds of the vibration. Excellent company to deal with, quick, easy and fast delivery. There's proper science suppoting the use of sound waves that go deep into the fascia and help relieve muscle tension. My tuning fork set has really helped a knee injury that has taken ages to heal. It's gone now - great result and a quality product too.

I initially kept my tuning fork purchase to myself as I thought hubby would be a bit of a sceptic, but after seeing him struggling with his back that was playing up after a hectic physical week at work, I decided to offer some treatment. I got him to lay on the floor and I used the 128Hz fork all around his lower back, then across his shoulders. He said he felt a couple of internal 'pings' which I said could be the muscles unknotting. When he got up he said he felt amazing! Since then he's been self-treating most evenings (hip & knee) but says his back is nowhere near as sore. He's even talked about it to the guys at work (he loves to wind them up, so they are probably thinking he's gone mad!) and I've noticed he's taken the forks to work today(!) so I'll be interested to hear tonight how he's got on - and who he's converted! I received my tuning forks within 24 hours of my order so that in itself was impressive.
I suffer from planter fasciitis which can be extremely painful, my tuning forks are helping elevate my symptoms which is so good and I love that im not putting any toxins in my body to achieve the results im having.

I had a recent injury to my shoulder and it was shown in an ultrasound that I had torn my rotator muscle. I couldn’t lift my arm and within a week of using the 128 hz fork 3 times a day I had inproved movement. After 2 weeks of use I am able to lift my arm above my shoulder with no discomfort. I've been using the forks to treat a rotatory cuff injury but now I'm using them intuitively on other parts of my body. I noticed a relaxing in soft tissue around the injury site resulting in more movement in the joint. I also notice I omitt several sighs through out the use and feel more relaxed in general after using the forks.
