Once we receive your application, we’ll review it promptly and, if approved, set up your wholesale account so you can start ordering.

 

 

 

Key points from our Wholesale Terms (full details in the PDF)

 

  • Agreement is between you and Grounded Kiwi Limited and can be ended by either party at any time. 
  • Minimum first order normally $1,000+ (or $500 initial in some cases — we’ll confirm).
  • Never sell below the recommended retail price shown on groundedkiwi.nz without written approval.
  • No sales on Trade Me, eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace or similar platforms without prior written permission.
  • You may sell on your existing website as an additional product line (with our express permission and full disclosure of your online business).
  • Returns only accepted for defective product; you handle customer claims first.
  • 95% of our range is available at wholesale rates (occasional exclusions, such as certain special items, will be advised before payment).
