Deep relaxation noticed straight away, helped me with more rejuvenating sleep, switching off after a stressful day, and pain management. My bedtimes are earlier because I just can’t wait!

Good quality. I use it as a blanket. Have not washed it yet, I hope that it holds up. I have 2 of their pet mats and one of them the earthing connector fell apart.

I have issues with my spine and suffer from a lot of back and neck pain at nights so I’m constantly tossing and turning and don’t sleep very well at all. I always wake feeling tired and on most mornings wake with a bad headache. The first night of sleeping on the underlay I didn’t really feel like I slept any better, but after the 2nd night I didn’t wake with a headache (and haven’t since)…I have felt one coming on some nights but it hasn’t eventuated. I am now sleeping much better and actually wake feeling like I’ve had a good decent sleep and don’t feel as tired as I previously was, that in itself is a huge bonus for me. I feel like each night has got a little better than the last although I do still have some pain through the night (I don’t expect that it will ever completely go away) but it’s getting better and is no way near as bad as it was. I have to say I am very pleasantly surprised at the changes so far, definitely worth the money spent.

My dogs are loving their mats. Not so many moans and growns getting up and down.

I have found this to be extremely functional and stylish for many occasions - especially air travel.

We are sure the Underlay has contributed to a better night's sleep. We certainly notice it's benefits when we are back from being away. A great product and would recommend it to anyone.

I'm a late 40's parent, and have been using the underlay and pillow cover for a week. from night zero and consistently, i've been been getting 7+ hours of continuous sleep, whereas usually i'd be lucky to have 6 continuous hours even if the standard one loo visit didn't occur. I'm sleeping deeper, and now need to set an alarm as it's so easy to accidently sleep in! During an evening drinking liquids quite late in the night, i expected at least 2 loo visits overnight, but only needed 1. The grounding tingly sensation seems to have lessened since first use, although i do still feel it; it isn't in any way disturbing (especially to fall asleep).

I have used the grounding sheet for my bed for a week now and it’s incredible. Change your life and get one, thats all i can say.

Gave this to my sister-in-law for Christmas and she was thrilled to bits. I wear the same type myself, and it's really pretty as well as protective.

With magnetic mats already in the house, it has been interesting to watch my three dogs with this mat. One is frequently on it, another often and the youngest occasionally. What I have noticed is that the dogs suddenly have a tendency to go and sit outside more. I have positioned it so I can rest my feet on it and have experienced some very deep sleeps. A friend has also experienced good sleep after using and is now ordering one for herself!

I have used different kinds of blue light filter glasses for almost two years, but I remember the day I got my first ones. I had a hard time falling asleep. I had minor bad habits, like drinking too much coffee and staying on the computer too far in the evening. But these habits were pretty hard to change. I needed to work on the computer and did not know how to survive without coffee.

Every night I went to bed at around 11 pm, lay awake for one hour, got bored and took out my phone or iPad (even though I knew I wasn't supposed to!). Then stared at the screen for too long and fell asleep at 1:30-3:00 am, depending on the day. And you can guess that getting out of bed at 7 am was displeasing.

I first bought the anti-blue light glasses as computer glasses but started wearing them all day at home. They did not help straight away, but over the first week, I noticed that I wanted to go to bed because I was tired. Before, I always got more active during the evening and going to bed just seemed stupid, but I knew I needed to get the sleep. Fast forward a few weeks, I always got to bed at the same time, fell asleep pretty much instantly, and woke up at the same time without an alarm clock. It felt like my body was in sync. (and btw as a side note, my first blue blocking glasses were not so good and let some of the blue light in, but they still worked)

This was bought as a gift for someone who hasn't yet received it, but it's as beautiful as all the other six pendants we've bought and I know the recipient will love it.
