I work as a personal trainer, I exercise daily and have lived with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) for as long as I can remember. Thanks to lifting weights.

When I discovered Grounded Kiwi and checked them out, I found they are the real deal, home grown, New Zealand based business. These people know and use their products. I emailed a few questions because grounding products were new to me. They were very helpful in their knowledge and answers. First night sleeping on the grounding pillow cover was amazing. I have to admit ... I was a bit skeptical when I first heard about this product. But after watching the YouTube movie, and reading the reviews, I figured it was worth a try. And I have no regrets. I sleep with the mat at the foot of my mattress. Without a sheet cover, the sensation of the rubber took a bit of adjusting but after a few nights I got used to it and now I sleep like a baby.
