Arrived promptly and does the trick! Also ordered ear-rings which are algood, bracelet and ring, which did not look or feel new, anyways they happily replaced the bracelet and I just kept the ring as could not be bothered to have to return to replace again. Won't be buying any other products though.
Hey Jess, We help you with your first order with as much as we possibly could with replacing for the excat same product! Natural stone that is hand made will always be slightly different. Also with the two copper items, as I explained, one was 'rose copper and the other was standard, they have a different look as per the photos. I am sorry that you didnt give us any chance to help.
