For New Zealand deliveries, we aim for delivery in 24-48 hours from the order time. Australian orders are sent out via NZ Post or Australian Post, with an expected delivery time of 10-14 working days.

I bought this pendant because my daughter is in hospital for a long stay. The first day I was there I felt completely sick from the full on EMF’s and ended up with a bad headache for 24 hours and couldn’t do anything other than lie down.
So I bought the pendant (and one for my daughter) and the next time I went in I felt so much better. No headache and I feel like I’m managing the EMF’s way better.
I wear the pendant all the time. And I love the look and feel of it too.
I hope your daughter is doing well now and has recovered. Yes hospitals are such a 'hot bed' of EMF. Wear this bracelet everyday, I love how it is made. Easy draw-string pull to take on and off and a unique piece that is understated enough to go with a corporate outfit. Unsure if placebo but it does make me feel at ease.

I was so gutted, Because when I got my piece I could feel it working straight away with neutralizing the pain I was going through, I messaged GroundedKiwi. I got a message back from Blake who said they will send me a replacement. Thank you so much, for awesome honest, friendly, customer service, and this replacement piece is soo beautiful the photo doesn't do it justice, to show the rainbow colors on the sides of it. Thank you, received my pendant beautifully packaged, today, longest length as stated, just under 10g, along with the rest of my order. Adjustable cord, very happy with purchase, thank u to the person that picked my piece for me, felt the difference straight away.
Well that didn’t last very long ! I have a Dalmatian and within a day there were a couple of chips off the charm then the next day the majority of the charm broke off leaving just a small piece left on the ring attached to her collar . This I have left on her collar as I feel a little bit of shungite is better than nothing . So rather a waste of money .
Hey Pippi, I've got good news. You may not have seen on the description: WE GAUREENTEE these collar charms. We love the idea that our loved pets can have the same protection we can have. However, Dogs can be a bit rougher than humans and Shungite can be fragile. WE WILL REPLACE ANY BROKEN CHARM upto 6 months of use.
Sorry that it happened to yours. We really like the fact that we can help reduce the impact of our modern way of life on our loved pets. The Shungite, being made mostly of carbon can be a bit brittle.

I really love my latest collection of Shungite. I have a couple of pyramids located in our office and next to the mesh node. My only complaint is that my cat keeps tapping it off the desk lol
