We ship New Zealand-wide and internationally, with free shipping for all New Zealand orders over $150. Orders outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
For New Zealand deliveries, we aim for delivery in 24-48 hours from the order time. Australian orders are sent out via NZ Post or Australian Post, with an expected delivery time of 10-14 working days.
I was really sceptical about this new 'Red Light' tech when I first started seeing it advertised on the internet - just another 'new fad gimmick stuff'. But after looking into it over the while, I decided to give it a try because of long term pain and aches in my knees and recently forming pain in my left elbow. It's my health so I've got to look at new ideas away from the big pharma industry. I used to use Castor Oil and it works, but it's messy. For me, the 'Red Light and Heat Strap' is as advertised - 'One Strap for Every Ache'. It doesn't 'make everything disappear' as yet. What it does do is give me a day or 2 pain relief in my knees, elbow and neck! And that's generally from the low setting on light/warmth mode and the vibrate/massage mode on low and sometimes without. When it aches, I strap it on and turn it on ANYWHERE I'm at. I'm surprised how long the battery lasts as well. It's making a huge difference to my life through the day and at nights, I don't have gnawing pain constantly keeping me awake through the night. I'm actually really impressed with this 'Red Light Tech' and so glad I made the move to invest in this product from GroundedKiwi! Sometimes, you've got to spend good money to get the results over buying cheap gimmick junk the breaks or was never going to work at all.

Our strap is designed with three distinct heat settings—High, Medium, and Low—so you can easily tailor the temperature to your comfort. High heat is brilliant for rapid initial warming, but because it penetrates deeply to boost circulation, it is very common to lower it after a few minutes once your muscles are warmed up.
Our Tip: To avoid having to interrupt your relaxing session, try cycling down to the Low or Medium heat setting after your first few minutes of use, or wear a thin cotton layer underneath to keep the heat feeling gentle and soothing throughout.

I really like the red light therapy joint wrap, I love that it has infra red also, I haven't been consistent in using it , but today my knee was sore so I put it on and haven't had any problems, the only bad thing is it's not rechargeable and I have to sit and wait, so need a power bank to walk around with it otherwise I would've given 5 stars

Very versatile and easy to use. Battery time is about 2 hours on the highest settings.
If using highest settings be careful of burning the skin and do not use longer than 20min on one area without hours between.

I have a painful knee. I’ve been using this for 3 days now and really notice the difference! My knee pain has improved by about 70%! I highly recommend this. Bought the therapy pad for our ageing Lab he loves it as soon as he sees it he stands ready for it to be put on. Have notice that he is walking freely.

Has helped with pain relief of my dogs injury and I also use it for my own back and hip pain. It works.

I swear the ringing in my ears is less and less and I'm hearing a lot better. I also use them when I have a headache and I believe they go very quickly. It could be a placebo effect but I'll take it because I am sure they have made a positive difference in the two weeks I have been using them

I have been using every day for 20mins on my right hip & noticing a big relief from pain & stiffness. I also have a grounding mat on the bed, am taking herbal supplements & have better mobility most days. Highly recommend.

Not bad but no timer. Difficult for us. Sometimes we forget to time and when we need to start. One more thing, I don't know, how many minutes actually to charge. According to the booklet, just 3 minutes. But it's last 5 minutes I think or less. The instructions not really complete.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the strap is working well overall, but we hear you regarding the timing and battery instructions.
The strap features a built-in auto shut-off safety feature, but we understand having a visible timer display would make tracking your sessions much easier. Regarding charging, the unit requires a full charge—typically 2 to 3 hours via the USB cable until the indicator light changes—rather than 3 minutes. A full charge will then provide multiple full treatment sessions. We appreciate you pointing out the ambiguity in the manual so we can update it.
Our Tip: For consistent daily relief without the guesswork, plug the strap in to charge fully after every few uses, and use your phone's built-in timer or alarm to notify you when your desired session time is up.

I originally brought it for my knee, it gave some relief, but doesn't sit properly, it's really good on my wrist when hands get stiff and sore, I've recently seen the knee one and will purchase it when I can afford it, definitely helps ease the pain.
