We ship New Zealand-wide and internationally, with free shipping for all New Zealand orders over $150. Orders outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
For New Zealand deliveries, we aim for delivery in 24-48 hours from the order time. Australian orders are sent out via NZ Post or Australian Post, with an expected delivery time of 10-14 working days.
I have only been using this product going on 2 weeks, can't wait to feel the results 😊.
Each time when using it after 5 minutes I am having to turn it down as it gets very hot.

Our strap is designed with three distinct heat settings—High, Medium, and Low—so you can easily tailor the temperature to your comfort. High heat is brilliant for rapid initial warming, but because it penetrates deeply to boost circulation, it is very common to lower it after a few minutes once your muscles are warmed up.
Our Tip: To avoid having to interrupt your relaxing session, try cycling down to the Low or Medium heat setting after your first few minutes of use, or wear a thin cotton layer underneath to keep the heat feeling gentle and soothing throughout.

I am very pleased with the lumbar heat and vibration belt. I have had a degenerative lower back issue for a few years now, and this product has given more relief than anything I have tried to date. Would recommend to anyone with lower back pain.

I cannot believe how this has helped my little schitzu boy with hip displaysia in both hips we used it on your advice 5 days in a row 2 days off and he used to have locked back hips first thing in the morning now they are moving again so its a big Thankyou from Harper and myself it’s been a real life change I recommend it for sure just can’t Thankyou enough

Not bad but no timer. Difficult for us. Sometimes we forget to time and when we need to start. One more thing, I don't know, how many minutes actually to charge. According to the booklet, just 3 minutes. But it's last 5 minutes I think or less. The instructions not really complete.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the strap is working well overall, but we hear you regarding the timing and battery instructions.
The strap features a built-in auto shut-off safety feature, but we understand having a visible timer display would make tracking your sessions much easier. Regarding charging, the unit requires a full charge—typically 2 to 3 hours via the USB cable until the indicator light changes—rather than 3 minutes. A full charge will then provide multiple full treatment sessions. We appreciate you pointing out the ambiguity in the manual so we can update it.
Our Tip: For consistent daily relief without the guesswork, plug the strap in to charge fully after every few uses, and use your phone's built-in timer or alarm to notify you when your desired session time is up.

I originally brought it for my knee, it gave some relief, but doesn't sit properly, it's really good on my wrist when hands get stiff and sore, I've recently seen the knee one and will purchase it when I can afford it, definitely helps ease the pain.

I have bursitis just above my hip after tripping over a leaf covered branch. It has been a difficult time for this go go Taurus girl, to not be able to do the things she wants/ needs to do.
The hip red light wrap around feels wonderful, the warmth, the vibrations. It's too early to say if it's helping but I certainly like it alot!

I have bought 2 sets of these - one for my mum who has Tinnitus and one for my daughter who has Meniere's disease. One set has unfortunately developed a problem, and I have been in touch with Grounded Kiwi who have asked that I return them for repair\replacement.
Both found them extremely helpful with the noise in their ears.

Red Light laser nasal light is a great product and it has helped with sinus and pressure behind the eyes. I would give it a 5 out of 5 but there could be more helpful information and also the timer is not clear on how long each of the 3 settings will run. It says don't run for more than 15 min but setting no 3 runs for a half hour? The proof is in the pudding though, and it certainly works.
