For New Zealand deliveries, we aim for delivery in 24-48 hours from the order time. Australian orders are sent out via NZ Post or Australian Post, with an expected delivery time of 10-14 working days.Β

I have only been using this product going on 2 weeks, can't wait to feel the results π.
Each time when using it after 5 minutes I am having to turn it down as it gets very hot.

Our strap is designed with three distinct heat settingsβHigh, Medium, and Lowβso you can easily tailor the temperature to your comfort. High heat is brilliant for rapid initial warming, but because it penetrates deeply to boost circulation, it is very common to lower it after a few minutes once your muscles are warmed up.
Our Tip: To avoid having to interrupt your relaxing session, try cycling down to the Low or Medium heat setting after your first few minutes of use, or wear a thin cotton layer underneath to keep the heat feeling gentle and soothing throughout.

Very versatile and easy to use. Battery time is about 2 hours on the highest settings.
If using highest settings be careful of burning the skin and do not use longer than 20min on one area without hours between.

I have a painful knee. Iβve been using this for 3 days now and really notice the difference! My knee pain has improved by about 70%! I highly recommend this. Itβs made such a difference in such a short period of time. Iβve been on pain relief, tried knee rubs and straps. Iβm so pleased I decided to try this!

Bought the therapy pad for our ageing Lab he loves it as soon as he sees it he stands ready for it to be put on. Have notice that he is walking freely.

So far so good is a fine start, Pete, and thanks for giving the heated shoulder massager a go. Remembering to use a new gadget every night is something plenty of us can relate to. Maybe keeping it by your favourite chair will help it become part of the evening.
Has helped with pain relief of my dogs injury and I also use it for my own back and hip pain. It works.

I swear the ringing in my ears is less and less and I'm hearing a lot better. I also use them when I have a headache and I believe they go very quickly. It could be a placebo effect but I'll take it because I am sure they have made a positive difference in the two weeks I have been using them

Love this product. It's so versatile, convenient and so simple to use. I use it to on my wrist, neck, knee ankle, just about anywhere. I pop it in my bag and take it with me to work or physio. Great for muscle recovery, sore joints and soft tissue injury recovery.

I have been using every day for 20mins on my right hip & noticing a big relief from pain & stiffness. I also have a grounding mat on the bed, am taking herbal supplements & have better mobility most days. Highly recommend.

Not bad but no timer. Difficult for us. Sometimes we forget to time and when we need to start. One more thing, I don't know, how many minutes actually to charge. According to the booklet, just 3 minutes. But it's last 5 minutes I think or less. The instructions not really complete.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear the strap is working well overall, but we hear you regarding the timing and battery instructions.
The strap features a built-in auto shut-off safety feature, but we understand having a visible timer display would make tracking your sessions much easier. Regarding charging, the unit requires a full chargeβtypically 2 to 3 hours via the USB cable until the indicator light changesβrather than 3 minutes. A full charge will then provide multiple full treatment sessions. We appreciate you pointing out the ambiguity in the manual so we can update it.
Our Tip: For consistent daily relief without the guesswork, plug the strap in to charge fully after every few uses, and use your phone's built-in timer or alarm to notify you when your desired session time is up.

I originally brought it for my knee, it gave some relief, but doesn't sit properly, it's really good on my wrist when hands get stiff and sore, I've recently seen the knee one and will purchase it when I can afford it, definitely helps ease the pain.

I have bursitis just above my hip after tripping over a leaf covered branch. It has been a difficult time for this go go Taurus girl, to not be able to do the things she wants/ needs to do.
The hip red light wrap around feels wonderful, the warmth, the vibrations. It's too early to say if it's helping but I certainly like it alot!
