 Don't use detergents with strong fragrances (either chemical or essential oil based)

 Don't use dryer sheet fabric softeners

 Don't dry clean

Sleeping Better

From the first night, my sleep patterns have improved and pain in my back and hips is greatly reduced.My cat, loves it too, he chooses to spend most of his day, on top of my side of the bed, he feels the change too, being an older cat.

It might be a but early for a review as i've only been using it for 2 weeks, but i'm sleeping better, my arthritis has settled, and my itchie skin has settled and recovered.
