I bought this mat out of curiosity. I really thought this was just a gimmick but I was willing to give it a go anyway. As soon as it arrived I set it up under my desk and felt a little lighter like I wasn't carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. I got this idea to try and sleep on it to see if I noticed any difference. I got the deepest most restful sleep of my life. I woke up without any aches and pain. I felt like I could fly like a bird. I've slept on it ever since and I never want to sleep without it ever again. I've just ordered a super king mat so I'm hoping it's even better

I’m feeling so much better since l’ve been using my grounding mat. Not so many aches and pains. I’m 80 years old .

Great product and fast delivery.
Was a bit sceptical too start with but have noticed a huge difference with my feet, ankles and hips.
Must be something too it if I am experiencing less pain.
Started off with some very strange tingling in my legs when using the mat. Eventually this went away and that's when I started noticing the benefits.
Just waiting for the small quilted mat to be back in stock and I will be grabbing one of those too.

Having suffered with chronic nerve pain (CRPS) and countless visits to you name it, my son suggested I try this. It is only early days but already there has been a shift. My aim is hopefully one day be medication free and feel in control of my balance and well being. I will certainly keep Blake informed.
