I did some research and decided to buy myself a earthing mat. After 2 surgerys on my hip , I have ended up with edema. After 1 week of earthing I have noticed the swelling is coming down and my feet and ankles are getting more feeling back , and not feeling numb. I would reccomend the earthing mat, it is worth a try.

Tuning back to better health
I got bitten by something a few days ago, the third finger was swollen a lot. The tuning forks arrived yesterday afternoon so my daughter and I tried playing with them. Not really with any intent, however brought them with the intent of healing. Within 2 hours of playing with the tuning forks I noticed that the swelling had gone down and this morning the colour has started to go back to "normal". That's with no intent, put the intent with these forks and I'm really looking forward to what they can really do. Thanks Grounded Kiwi
