Our council just complied with fluoridation of the water which was an opportunity to look at our water more closely. Product information says the filter doesn't remove all fluoride but we're extremely happy with this filter. Firstly,...so easy to connect. There was an instant change in the quality of the water, firstly, it felt lighter then I noticed the smell & taste of chemical seemed to have gone. We've used for approximately 6 weeks now & are so thankful for the obvious health benefits to skin & hair. We've noticed less hair fall & superb softness to the hair even when not using conditioner much like when you've bathed in a river. No hard coating on the hair after washing. My daughter's skin has cleared from psoriasis & I can now minimize using any after shower moisturizer. We also only drink filtered water so no doubt internally this helps. I've started watering my plants from the shower filter water & they're responding well too. Cannot say enough with this change for me & my family.
We received our king sized earthing mat promptly . It came two days after ordering. We were very impressed with the service .
Our first night sleeping on it was incredible. My husband usually gets up 3-4 times a night. I usually have trouble getting to sleep and get up at least once a night. We both slept a full 8 hours without getting up. We jumped out of bed feeling rested alert and ready to face our day. Our heart rate variability readiness readings were the highest they have ever been. This showed us that our stress levels were extremely low.
We are both very happy with our purchase . We have been considering buying an earthing mat for sometime.
We have tried a sheet with silver running through it . This had very little effect.
We strongly suggest the earthing mat to anyone that is wanting to improve their
health, well being, low stress and high energy.

My journey to purchasing this hydrogen water bottle started with following Gary Brecker who swears by them. I then looked at GroundedKiwi - because they are local and, I've already had fabulous service. I trust them. What sold me was the assurance over the product and quality. That if anything went wrong (with this expensive investment) then they would help.
First day getting - noticed increase in my hydration levels. By 1 week in - my skin was glowing, mental clarity increase. Reduced foggy brain. Now - at 4 weeks, I am ready to highly recommend this product. It has been live changing for me. I have chronic inflammation - multiple sclerosis. Upon starting with this, my symptoms have reduced dramatically. Whilst I have made some other tweaks to my lifestyle, I believe this water bottle is making a HUGE difference. I take it everywhere.
How I use it: morning upon waking, I fill it the night before and have it ready next to my bed. I wake and run the 3min cycle. Skull. Wait 30 mins. Then have coffee. Then I fill it again and run the 18min cycle. ready to start the day. Note I regularly intermittent fast.
Lunchtime - another 18min cycle
before dinner, 3min cycle.
after my evening walk or cycle 18min cycle.
So I'm having about 1.6 litres a day of hydrogen water and that works well for me.
We also invested in a top of the line water filtration system too. For maintenance, I've been running ultra distilled water through it (purchased at woolies) once every 6-7 days.
I love this bottle.
I also use the mister included multiple times a day to hydrate my face. Particularly great after a sauna.
Over the last few days, I used the nasal attachment. WOW. after my 90 min bike ride (e-bike) I used this and felt instantly energised!
If you are looking for a hydro water bottle. I highly recommend this. Watch out for the dodgy ones online, no warranty and you don't really know if it works.
I received the tree of life pendant so quick plus an envelope that had been personal written on with vouches love the little touches the most 🤗 I love my pendant and I can feel the strength and how much more awear and centered I feel.
