We ship New Zealand-wide and internationally, with free shipping for all New Zealand orders over $150. Orders outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
For New Zealand deliveries, we aim for delivery in 24-48 hours from the order time. Australian orders are sent out via NZ Post or Australian Post, with an expected delivery time of 10-14 working days.

These do what I need them to do, stay put while I listen to podcasts and music while walking.
I did abit of research on air tube headphones and was happy to see these available in NZ.
They fit in my ears and passed a quick jog test. I did think they might fall out as they don't sit in your ear deeply but they haven't yet. I'm happy they aren't those earphones that you have to jam in your ear canal.
If you are expecting a great base or sound music wise then this design doesn't provide this and you do need to have the volume up higher.
Overall I'm happy to sacrifice sound quality for way less EMF exposure. I enjoy my bush/nature walks and exposing myself to toxic EMFs while doing so seems counterproductive. For me any less toxic exposure to the body the better.

As soon as these arrived I used them. I love how the earbuds stay in my ears! I’m constantly moving around so I’m really pleased I can listen to music and podcasts without the extra noise and the earbuds falling out :) The sound quality is pretty good (for me) too! I also like the cord length. Perfect length for some can be too short. Yay!

I love these! They have a great shape for my ears, as I am unable to use the usual in-ear canal style earphones.

I am so happy with my EMF reducing ear buds. I listen to a lot of music and podcasts so I can relax knowing I am not being affected by EMF through my ear phones.

This product is a copy of an Apple product and doesn’t work with the air phones.
No sound only crackling in connection.
Had to use my original genuine Apple connector to be able to use air phone.

Hey Keryn, Yes these are a generic brand at a cheaper cost to the apple cord. We have sold many of these without any issue at all. If your one is faulty, please reach out to us and we can replace it for you. Otherwise, please make sure both connections are inserted fully.

I have used these ear buds but find the cords too long and can become disconnected, static not great. I will be looking for another type
