We ship New Zealand-wide and internationally, with free shipping for all New Zealand orders over $150. Orders outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
For New Zealand deliveries, we aim for delivery in 24-48 hours from the order time. Australian orders are sent out via NZ Post or Australian Post, with an expected delivery time of 10-14 working days.

Drying: Towel-dry, then allow to air-dry completely before use.
Maintenance: Clean every few weeks or as needed.
CRITICAL AVOIDS: DO NOT soak, submerge, or machine wash. AVOID bleach, ammonia, harsh chemicals, and abrasive cleaners. DO NOT fold sharply; roll loosely for storage.
