I have been seeing a lot of info on grounding products. This nifty little device is a perfect complement for the grounding mat that I bought for my bed. Now I feel reassured that the electrical sockets that I need to use are properly wired to earth. The tester is very easy to use!

Good length of cord which has allowed me to be able to have the earthing rod at some distance from my grounding bed mat and also allows me to be able to shift my earthing pillow to other parts of my living space

I tried it in a adapter and found it needed to plug it i ti the actual wall socket.

Using the Socket Tester directly in the wall outlet is the only way to get a 100% accurate reading of your home's earth connection. Many multi-plug adapters or double-adapters can have faults or lack a continuous earth wire, which would prevent your grounding mat from working effectively.
By plugging directly into the wall, you have ensured that you are actually earthing and neutralising that static build-up as intended.
