The quality of my sleep has improved substantially since I started using my grounding mat while I sleep. I wake up feeling refreshed, and ready for another busy day as a single working mum. I've also noticed an improvement in general joint pain and reduced inflammation around my ankles and lower legs which is so great! Highly recommend.

I bought this mat out of curiosity. I really thought this was just a gimmick but I was willing to give it a go anyway. As soon as it arrived I set it up under my desk and felt a little lighter like I wasn't carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. I got this idea to try and sleep on it to see if I noticed any difference. I got the deepest most restful sleep of my life. I woke up without any aches and pain. I felt like I could fly like a bird. I've slept on it ever since and I never want to sleep without it ever again. I've just ordered a super king mat so I'm hoping it's even better
