Cotton Earthing Sheets are the original way to stay earthed as you sleep. Our high-quality grid of soft silver fibres ensures effective grounding, catering to those who prefer the natural feel of cotton over the newer, longer-lasting carbon-infused leatherette Grounding mats. We understand that comfort is key when it comes to getting a good night's sleep, and everyone has different preferences.

Please note that due to the reliance on silver threads, our sheets have an expected lifespan of 12-24 months before their conductivity decreases. Factors such as regular washing, exposure to sunlight, and natural body oils can affect the conductivity of certain areas of the sheet over time.

Product Details: Our Earthing Fitted Sheet Kits include an earthing cord and an earthing plug to ensure you are connected to the earth's natural energy while you sleep. Available sizes include:

Usage Tips for Optimal Grounding

Direct Skin Contact: For maximum benefits, use the sheet with bare skin. Light cotton clothing may still provide some grounding as body heat and moisture build up.

Grounding Socks: On colder nights, pair with our conductive Grounding Socks to enhance circulation and maintain connectivity.

Maintenance: Regular use and proper care ensure long-lasting performance.

Lifespan and Care Instructions

Due to the silver fibers, the sheets maintain optimal conductivity for 12-24 months, depending on usage and care. Factors like washing frequency, sunlight exposure, and body oils may gradually reduce conductivity in certain areas.

Warranty: We offer a 12-month repair or replacement warranty on our cotton earthing products, which covers manufacturing defects but excludes misuse, improper care and physical damage

90 day returns: For hygiene reasons, grounding sheets are not eligible for our 90-day trial. For most people, we recommend our carbon grounding mats, which are eligible for our 90-day trial and typically last 4–5x longer than traditional grounding sheets.

Care Instructions:

Wash: Weekly in a washing machine with warm water using liquid laundry detergent.

Dry: Use a low-heat dryer or line dry.

Avoid: Bleach, fabric softeners, whitening or oxi-detergents, and detergents with oils (e.g., lavender or coconut). Do not use dryer sheets.
