I only purchased my grounding mat 10 days ago,I bought it for help with swelling in my lower legs and ankles.
I had read it helped sleep which I thought would be wonderful but as I have chronic fatugue syndrome/ M.E I didn't expect anything to change there.
From the 1st night I noticed a change in my sleep!!I slept 8 hours,only getting up once which is so wonderful.
I have slept 8 hours the last 8 nights,had 1 night that wasnt so good but know that's because of some treatment I had that day
Last night I slept 9 hours and my legs feel less tight- I also noticed that straight away.
Having had cfs/me for the last 25 years to be sleeping like this is incredible.

Hiya I've been sleeping on a single kiwi grounding sheet for about a week now and from the first night I found the healing benefits in my legs greatly, the pulsing and warmth was really comforting, today I got out of bed easily without struggle.. I've known of earthing for YEARS. And despite my best intentions, I never even got in the habit of going and putting my feet on the grass for 5 minutes a day.
So I've wanted an earthing mat for a long time!

I work as a personal trainer, I exercise daily and have lived with DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) for as long as I can remember. Thanks to lifting weights.

But now? Meh, barely anything! It's been a good six weeks and I can't believe how much pain I'm NOT in when I wake up! Not only that, I'd had an annoying sore shoulder for close to a year. From the first night, the pain nearly disappeared. And I haven't had a sore shoulder since.

Here's his result: Not really any jetlag! Despite having bad jetlag when he had arrived in the Netherlands. I bought this bundle for my little boys’s bed when they were sharing a bed together. They are now in two seperate beds so have just bought another mat ☺️ They sleep so much more deeply and don’t get up through the night. My 6 year old doesn’t complain about having a hard time falling asleep anymore. I swear they fall asleep within 10 mins of getting into bed with these mats and pillows!!! They are great! I work really hard and when I come home, instead of going for a walk in bare feet on the grass, I literally plonk myself on my earthing mat to revive myself coz I'm soo tired. It truly restores equilibrium and a sense of calm and peacefulness after a hard day's work.
I also sleep soundly on my earthing pillowslip.

Our cat sleeps on the bed as well and she is a different animal, more energy (she is 13 yeas old and had been sleeping A LOT) now she is running around the house, catching mice and generally appears younger
My partner no longer snores like a freight train coming, his snoring has decreased to a heavy breathing.
I have been so impressed with the Grounded Kiwi bed sheet that I purchased one for my sister who has had bad sleeping, bad back, sore knees etc and waking each morning NOT refreshed but these have subsided and she is not as achy when walking up and down the stairs and WANTS to be outside doing the numerous jobs that had been neglected due to her ill health and aching body.

When I discovered Grounded Kiwi and checked them out, I found they are the real deal, home grown, New Zealand based business. These people know and use their products. I emailed a few questions because grounding products were new to me. They were very helpful in their knowledge and answers. First night sleeping on the grounding pillow cover was amazing. No more restless legs, no dull hip pain, my body relaxed and my sleep improved. I'd been feeling very run down as sleep was difficult most nights and I'd be awake for what seemed like hours before going to sleep. I never want to sleep ungrounded again! I have to admit ... I was a bit skeptical when I first heard about this product. But after watching the YouTube movie, and reading the reviews, I figured it was worth a try. And I have no regrets. I sleep with the mat at the foot of my mattress. Without a sheet cover, the sensation of the rubber took a bit of adjusting but after a few nights I got used to it and now I sleep like a baby. I no longer experience the sciatic and back pain that I struggled with before and getting out of bed in the morning is a breeze. More importantly, as soon as my feet hit the floor I am mobile, without any niggling pain in my feet or lower back area. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Grounded Kiwi!!
