How to Use Your King Earthing Mat

- Position the mat between your mattress and a fitted sheet, preferably natural fibre like cotton, for optimal conductivity.
- Secure with corner straps to the mattress.
- Attach the earthing cord to the mat and plug it into a grounded power socket. (only connects to the Earth - No power is used)
- Sleep restfully and grounded all night!

How to make your Earthing mat last for years
Care Instructions;
Use Mild Soap and Water: Dampen a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and warm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, as they can damage the conductive material.
