Being connected to the Earth while working in an office / home office environment can have several benefits. When working with electronic devices and equipment, our bodies can accumulate a positive charge that may lead to fatigue, sore eyes, and reduced focus. This is because electronic devices produce electromagnetic fields (EMFs) that can interfere with the body's natural electric fields, leading to an accumulation of electrical charge.

Care instructions: 

Cleaning is easy; wipe down the universal earthing mat occasionally with a non-corrosive cleaner and allow air to dry. 

Some bare skin should touch the smooth upper surface of the mat for you to be grounded, although it will work to a lesser degree through the thin fabric. Alternatively, it can be used together with our highly conductive silver fibre Earthing socks.
