This Earthing Yoga mat is 100% PVC-free and Latex-free. It has an anti-slip surface and measures 61cm x 183c.m & 6mm thick.

Includes a carry bag.

Connect to the free healing power of Earth as you practice your Yoga, Meditation, stretch and workout. This can also be used at a standing desk mat to keep you earthed and protected from EMF while you work.

Requires bare skin contact to Earth your body. It can be used with our conductive silver fiber socks.

• The black top conductive layer (where your body makes contact) is made of PU (Polyurethane) leather. Leather look-alike items made with polyurethane (PU) are very consumer friendly and safe, unlike older PVC leathers.
• The black conductive layer is infused with conductive carbon. Carbon is the 2nd most abundant element in the human body after oxygen. Carbon is what conducts the Earth's energy and allows this to flow into you are you practice.
• The bottom, the non-conductive layer, is made of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) closed-cell foam. This is among the safest foam available. It is latex and PVC free. 

It can be cleaned by wiping it down with soapy water using a non-abrasive cloth or sponge.

To make the connection to Earth, each mat is supplied with your choice of either an Earthing plug or Earthing rod 

Earthing plug option uses your normal 3pin house power socket to connect to Earth via your homes/building Earth rod. 

We recommend adding a Socket tester to your order to ensure that your power socket is correctly connected to the Earth. 

The earthing rod option is a 30cm steel rod inserted into the ground & includes a 12m cord that easily passes through most windows, allowing them to be fully shut.
